I regret purchasing Adscook. The tool has potential, but the lack of customer support makes it nearly impossible to get help when needed. Emails go unanswered, and the Facebook group is dead. Despite its useful features for campaign setup, the missing updates and bugs make it feel like a waste of money.
The platform stopped working, the auto boost feature which was my selling point died a few months ago and support is nowhere to be found. Appsumo this is the THIRD platform you sell that dies! you should be more responsible for what kind of teams you let them sell their bad projects here!
I have to say this is a good tool that mostly offer what i wanted.
I will probably won't use it to create new ads but i wanted it mainly for stop my campaign on Saturday and to get an notification alert when my ads click price is bigger than $1 for click.
The tool does it well but the problem is the ability to get a notifications about the ads or about actions i made.
I mostly work with mails and i wanted to get an email alert when there is a change. The email option doesn't exists and i understand that sending emails cost money and in big scale that is something you need to consider.
The only option to get notifications from the tool is with slack, so in order to see the notification i am force to use a tool i don't want and in order to get email notification on the channel from slack it seems like i have to upgrade to pro.
If there was an option to get the data with a webhook or other alternatives that could have been good as well when they don't offer email notifications, but the main reason it's 3 taco and not 5 is the fact that i am force to use a website i don't want to use in order to get notifications which is a basic function.
Other than that it's a good tool that can help you guys save a lot of time.
