Q: A Few Questions on the Editor
Hello, I decided to come here with my questions, because getting responses to the Support Ticket on the website has been very slow.
This platform seems promising and I don't want to write a review yet, until I have been able to work through my initial growing pains.
1. I do not use WordPress or Blogger, so is it possible to add/link general CMS website platforms? I use several different products.
2. Is it possible to download the articles, once created, in a Word format? Currently I am only seeing options for HTML and code.
3. When using the Editor on the platform, I can easily manage/edit/delete text. But I am not able to do so with images. How do I replace the images that were generated with the articles? They are not always appropriate, and I would prefer to just replace them with my own, or option to regenerate a different image.

Apr 1, 2026A: Hi Nick Brown,
Thanks for taking the time to share your questions here, we really appreciate it, and we’re glad to hear you see potential in the platform.
We’ve already replied to your support ticket with detailed answers to all your questions. When you get a chance, please check your earlier ticket, everything is explained there, including the available options and workarounds.
If anything is still unclear or you’d like help with any step, just reply to that ticket and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.
For quick reference, here’s a summary regarding image editing:
At the moment, our platform doesn’t support direct image editing. That said, we really appreciate you pointing this out, feedback like this helps us improve, and we’ve already shared it with our development team.
Since you’re not using WordPress or Blogger, the best workaround right now is to use the code export option. You can export your article, upload it to your platform, and then replace or update the images directly in the code. We’ve also included a sample screenshot in your ticket to guide you.
For now, this is the most effective solution available. We do plan to add built-in image editing in the future, and it’s definitely on our radar.
If you have any other suggestions or feedback, feel free to share, we’d love to hear from you and continue improving your experience.
Thanks again for your support 🙏
