Do you know a way to include the service description (what we’ll actually do) on the invoice? Right now the invoice only shows the service name, which isn’t enough—clients may not see the package details. It would be helpful if the invoice displayed the full package description so clients know exactly what to expect. Am I missing a setting, or is there a way to add that description to invoices?

A: There's no way right now but we can add this I think. Shouldn't be a big thing
I like that idea! That would be great as Most invoicing platforms already do it. Also They let us create custom line items directly in the invoicing section (handy for add‑ons that aren’t part of standard packages). Without that, I’d have to make new packages just to bill for those extras. Check stripe for example, they let you do it. Thanks 👍🏻🙏🏻
Also is there a way to pay for the invoice without creating a account for a client? Some people just want to make the payment without going through the whole process. What do you think?
Rashik — I created a test client, then created an order and an invoice. When the invoice email was received, the link opened the login portal instead of a page where the client could view and pay the invoice immediately. There was no option to pay without logging in. Do I need to change any settings to allow clients to view and pay invoices without creating an account?

A: Workspace is basically one agency. If you have different brands/business wings you can use multiple workspaces. Webhooks counts are basically the no of events that will be triggered with our webhooks

Also ist die Cloud nicht als Datenspeicher gedacht sondern nur als Zwischenspeicher. Die Dropbox ist ja eine Datenablage.
Sie können Daten auch in AH als Datenspeicherlösung speichern :)
