Q: Lead Scoring and More?

1- Does the platform support customizable lead scoring? (Ex: actions like landing on specific webpages, opening emails, or clicking links.)
2- Is there built-in email tracking and activity tracking?
3- Can we create custom dashboard cards to easily visualize key metrics?
4- Is there a way to track revenue, expenses, and profit automatically—such as basic financial math (revenue - expenses = profit) within the system or reports?
5- Lastly, are there advanced automation features to better align sales and marketing teams beyond pipeline customization (like conditional triggers or task automation)?

A: 1. Currently No. I don't think we have any plan to move in that direction. Instead you can use google tag for tracking the link and action in future.
2. Again, the answer is no.
3. Of course not.
4. Yes, it's in our roadmap. Will be live within next month.
5. Some automations will be provided but again, this is not a lead generation tool or marketing automation tool. This is a client portal management solution where user mostly focus on selling service/product.

Q: Important question

Can agency handy create a portal for a client upon payment? (After payment can the client get a user name and password or some kind of magic link automatically for his portal?
Or this is something I need to do manually, which is a problem.
I want to make sure I will have less work at manually doing stuff that can be automated.

Q: Management of customers, collaborators and sellers - GDPR

Hello,
I am interested in your product and have the following questions:
1. I operate mainly in Italy and other European countries.
In Italy, Portugal and from 2025 in Germany (B2B only) the use of electronic invoicing is mandatory; this obligation is in force in almost all of Europe for invoicing to the Public Administration. What will you do?
2. GDPR: have you foreseen an adaptation date?
3. There are companies that sell products and services, have collaborators, sellers and consultants. Payment is made in percentage or with a fixed fee.
With the CRM it is possible to manage customers, sellers and freelance collaborators taking into account the following aspects:
- product/service order
- assignment of jobs/customers to collaborators
- customer invoicing
- seller/collaborator payments
- bonus management, discount codes, etc.

A: 1. We are working on e-invoicing. Haven't decided on the process yet but will most likely to do an API integration with one of the service providers. Target is to get it done before August.

2. It'll take around 2 months to complete the GDPR process. We are working to do it faster.

3. I think you'd need more of an affiliate feature to manage that if I understood correctly. We have that in plans but not live now
