Agency Handy Reviews

We purchase Appsumo products to secure great deals in the future, even if they're not fully developed at the moment. That is the case with Agency Handy, which looks very promising, but is overly rigid in its workflows, and promises a lot of features in the roadmap which are not currently in the app (see https://roadmap.agencyhandy.com/). A lot of features that I inquired about, are planned for between 1 week to 3 months. If the features I requested are implemented, I will update this review.

My biggest beef, is that the workflow is entirely dependent on services and orders, and you cannot even do proposals or tickets without having an order or service to reference. I do a lot of spec work with no defined service, and have packages with a lot of add-ons that cannot be priced in advance. It's fine to have the workflow as it is, but there need to be workarounds so that they are no so rigid in depending on these.

Agency Handy is an awesome product rather your a small business owner or agency! I have bought a lot of software off Appsumo but Agency Handy really stands out. Its the perfect client portal to let you onboard clients, let them track projects, send emails or forms, and even sell products. As a business owner its a one stop shop and lets you manage every part of you customer's journey in one spot. If you get the while label option it adds a huge level of professionality to your business if you do lots of client work I suggest you get this!

I give Agency Handy a solid 5 Tacos. It has completely transformed how my agency operates by centralizing client onboarding, task management, billing, and communication into one sleek, intuitive platform. The value, primarily through the AppSumo lifetime deal, is unmatched compared to other competitors.

While I’d love to see minor UI refinements, smoother task approval workflows, and tighter form-to-CRM integrations, these are small wishes in an otherwise game-changing tool. Overall, Agency Handy has redefined my agency’s efficiency. If you’re looking for a client portal that truly delivers and does it beautifully, Agency Handy is a no-brainer.

Agency Handy is an admin and organizational dream for me as Founder/Lead Graphic Designer of my agency. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the client side of the portal could use some work in terms of user experience. I guess I expected an editable welcome screen and other features that could boost my client's onboarding journey because I'm very big on client care. I was really looking forward to a premium interface that could be edited as needed with headers, widgets etc.

However in terms of functionality, there's nothing like it; payment integrations, invoicing, lead tracking, and the services section really blew me away. The services section in particular felt so well thought out.

Support is also extremely responsive, and there's a roadmap of developments, that if achieved, makes this software an absolute dream where their overpriced competitors pale in comparison. I'm really happy with the purchase, but looking forward to the client portal side updates on the roadmap.
