Even with the upgrade to Client Joy there are still not multiple pipelines that you can create as a user. There is a leads Pipeline and a Clients Pipeline but you can't have multiple pipelines in either area.
I've been asking the team about this for over 5 months now and it was supposed to be coming 2 months ago (Feb 2024) and then they were acquired so now it's on hold again with no timeline in sight.
Also though it integrates with Pabbly and Zapier it's impossible to a create a workflow that moves people from an outside booking system into the pipeline cleanly and reliably.
Lastly you can't connect a personal google Calendar only a paid version of Google Workspace.
I wanted to love this product and use it as my CRM but my patience is running out.
I will say tech support tries to be helpful and has hopped on a few calls to try to help with the automation issue and that was very appreciated even though what we discovered was simply that it wasn't possible.
PS- the opening screen each time you go to use the app is cluttered and non customizable. It's all about them and doesn't allow me to put the modules I need where I want them nor eliminate the ones asking me to do reviews for them or make referrals.
Delighted to report they just emailed us saying they will convert us to ClientJoy
Delighted to report they just emailed us saying they will convert us to ClientJoy. Enough of their feedback they received was to basically add features that were already a part of their larger product so they decided to migrate us from Agency Joy to Client Joy.
I am delighted to share my experience with AgencyJoy, an exceptional platform that has revolutionized the way I manage my agency's operations and projects. From the moment I started using AgencyJoy, I knew I had discovered a game-changing tool that would elevate our efficiency, organization, and client satisfaction.
As an agency owner, staying on top of multiple projects, deadlines, and client communications can be overwhelming. However, AgencyJoy has proven to be the perfect solution. Its robust project management features and intuitive interface have empowered me to streamline our workflows, optimize collaboration, and deliver outstanding results to our clients.
One of the standout features of AgencyJoy is its comprehensive project dashboard. The platform provides a centralized hub where I can easily track project statuses, assign tasks, manage timelines, and monitor progress. This level of visibility ensures that every team member is aligned, and I have a clear overview of our projects at all times.
Furthermore, AgencyJoy's client management capabilities have been a game-changer for our agency. The platform allows us to effortlessly organize and communicate with our clients, providing a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion. The integrated messaging system and file sharing features have greatly enhanced our client interactions, fostering transparency, and strengthening our relationships.
Another remarkable feature of AgencyJoy is its built-in time tracking and invoicing functionality. The platform enables us to accurately track the time spent on each project, ensuring fair billing and efficient resource allocation. The automated invoicing system has saved us countless hours of manual work, enabling us to focus on delivering exceptional services to our clients.
I must also highlight the exceptional customer support provided by AgencyJoy. The team behind the platform is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to address any inquiries or concerns. Their dedication to ensuring a seamless user experience has been truly commendable.
In summary, AgencyJoy has transformed the way we manage our agency's projects and client relationships. Its powerful features, user-friendly interface, and outstanding customer support have made it an invaluable asset to our business. I highly recommend AgencyJoy to any agency owner or professional looking to streamline their operations, boost productivity, and exceed client expectations. Thank you, AgencyJoy, for providing such a remarkable platform!
Some of these reviews are harsh, scathing even. Let's remember that a LTD is an investment on behalf of both the creator and the buyer. There is so much risk buying an unproven solution, and there is risk and cost associated with maintaining a solution for years for a customer who, every year, provides less and less ROI for the creator.
I want to start by saying I commend AgencyJoy for the work it is doing. It created a wonderful product. Further, I believe this will meet the needs of many users. If you are considering AgencyJoy, all I can tell you is, try it, and see if it meets your needs.
We require a real SSO solution for a product like AgencyJoy, which contains such sensitive information. I wish there was more transparency that this feature is 6+ months out, despite it being listed as "included" -- not coming soon -- on the AppSumo deal page, and on the AgencyJoy Enterprise plan public website. For this reason, it doesn't work for us, so we have reluctantly refunded our subscription.
Our use case is different than many others, so I totally get why this would not be a priority for the team to build. I am grateful for the opportunity AppSumo gave me to try the premium version of AgencyJoy risk free with the return option.
I also want to commend the company for working so hard to build such a great product, with regular new feature releases. It really has tons of potential and already is a much better value than so many other products out there.
TLDR... this doesn't work for us, but I would still recommend it to others who don't need a true SSO solution for their company CRM.
I have to leave a one-taco review based on the current offer.
AgencyJoy is promoting the addition of users per code. If you look at the tiers, it is the only variable that changes. The more codes, the more users you get.
Further, if you read other reviews on AppSumo and their website, you will find statements highlighting the value this offers:
From netsicle, June 3rd: "The distinct workspace for each brand makes client management a breeze. What adds more charm is that we pay per user, not workspaces – a steal deal."
From Paul62, May 27: "I have separate workspace for each Brand - simple and effective. Great value as you only pay per user and not workspaces."
Sounds like a great agency solution for a small agency or freelancer. You can separate brands and clients into workspaces and stack the codes you need to accommodate your team and other users.
However, that isn't how it works. You have to stack codes PER WORKSPACE. As an example of how this could quickly spiral out of control, consider this very reasonable example: if you have six workspaces and you need five users for each workspace, you need 18 codes. That's 882 dollars, and that's if you can get an LTD before the offer ends.
What happens if you add a client or brand after the LTD ends? You, the small agency owner, have invested in an LTD deal that might become a key point of your tech stack. Your only option in the future is to find a different solution or start paying a monthly fee per user per workspace.
This is problematic and something many purchasers will want to understand BEFORE purchasing. However, there is no mention of how adding users to workspaces works in the AppSumo offer (Try ctrl+f and search for "workspace" in the offer page.) In fact, "workspace" is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the AppSumo offer or on their website that I can find.
This company purports to be an agency that turned its efforts to develop solutions for other small agencies and freelancers. The cynical part of me is wondering how it is possible that the omission of this information is accidental. How can this extremely important information not be mentioned in the offer? This is critical information needed to make an informed purchase. Its absence makes the offer feel like a bait-and-switch.
I will reach out to AppSumo to share my concerns over this listing. The listing, as currently written, does not mention that users are per workspace, which is determined per code. The listing implies that users are PER ACCOUNT, which is determined by stacking codes. I feel that should be honored.

Hi Zachary47,
There seems to be some confusion. Workspace is equivalent to a 'business'. In the example that you quoted (6 workspaces with 5 users each) would mean that you have 6 separate businesses (with unlimited clients each) and each of these 6 businesses have 5 employees (total 30). If that is the case, $800/life for 6 CRM implementations for 6 different businesses with total 30 employees...
