Q: Does Agency Pro support multiple named taxes on invoices (e.g., GST + QST for Quebec, Canada)?
I’m on the third tier and testing Agency Pro for a Quebec-based business (Canada) to confirm whether it meets local invoicing requirements.
On the invoice creation screen, I only see a single generic “Tax” field (percentage or amount). There is no option to:
Apply multiple taxes at once
Select named taxes (GST, QST)
Display tax registration numbers on the invoice
In Quebec, invoices must legally show both GST and QST as separate tax lines, each with their registration numbers.
I’ve also configured Tax Rates in settings, but they do not appear to be linked to invoices.
Can you confirm:
Whether multiple named taxes are currently supported on invoices
Or if invoices are limited to a single generic tax by design
This is a critical requirement for Canadian/Quebec agencies.

We just replied to your ticket.
Named taxes are only added to invoices when they are created from checkout pages but we will give option for that soon when creating manual invoices as well.
Thanks

Thanks for confirming.
To be explicit: manual invoices currently cannot show both GST and QST as separate named taxes with registration numbers, which is required in Quebec. Checkout-only tax handling doesn’t work for agencies that invoice manually.
When you say “soon,” does this mean a near-term release (weeks) or a longer-term roadmap item?
I need clarity on whether this is an imminent fix.
