BMUCQ: Is there documentation of mails and can you send mails from the Tool with IMAP or SMTP?
Unfortunately, I have not yet figured out whether an automatic assignment of mails sent to my mail will also be documented to the contact, as is the case with HubSpot. It is also interesting to know whether receiving and sending via the tool is possible. Currently still have Hubspot, but would like to change.

With AgencyPro, you can connect your email as SMTP client so that all your emails go out with your branding.
We don't log the emails sent and we don't listen to the emails received. Don't have these features unfortunately.
We will introduce email piping in the future that will create tickets and requests from emails but that's probably not what you are looking for.
