Q: Payment methods
Hi! Your software has a lot of the tools we're looking for, but we don't want to leave our payment provider. We use Freedom Merchants (the processor is USA epay by NMI) with QuickBooks invoices currently. Clients pay using a unique link or we can embed a checkout. Would this be possible using AgencyPro?

Dec 17, 2025A: Hey Shanna,
You can use offline payment method and add the details like payment link etc in method description. But the process will be a bit manual. Once payment is made by client through your preferred method, you will have to manually mark the invoice as paid.
