Is there a way to create and send Questionnaires through the platform?
Is there a way to create client interaction automations?
You've got my attention: you specifically mention photographers on your website...I'm a wedding photographer :) Long range I'd love to explore how the galleries' features work, but I digress...the big features I need are the ability to send clients scheduled emails throughout the planning process.
The other feature I'm not seeing is scheduling - that a potential client could access a web form and self-schedule themselves for a consult or potentially a session.
Seems like you've got a lot in place - I'm excited to see where you go from here.

1. Yes you can send questionnaires using Order Form. There are multiple input widgets to capture data.
2. We do have automations in place for requests and documents.
3. We have files section under each Requests as well as under client/organization view. Though we don't have a dedicate gallery feature for photographers but you use that files section for this purpose.
4. We don't have emailing features. You will have to integrate AgencyPro with other apps for this. We have very detailed webhooks and public api as well as Zapier integration.
5. You will have to use some external scheduling tool for this but you can use extensions to embed scheduling link in client portal :)
