Hey,
Looks good so far, purchased testing now as an alternative to SPP.
Can you tell me if the Appsumo plans align with the website? AI and Chatbots are mentioned under Plus plans, so wonder how that will work with Appsumo purchases?
Also workflow, what am I missing to set up a workflow behind a purchase?
Finally do you have a step by step overview to help setup? I see support site, but just a step wise approach?

Thanks. I am glad you are liking it.
1. Tier 1 maps to Basic, Tier 2 to Pro and Tier 3 to Plus so yes you will have those features mentioned for Plus.
2. Not sure I understood your questions, but you should have everything in AgencyPro to setup your purchase/sales workflow
3. Right now we have only the onboarding steps to get you started but are working on demo and overview videos per industry that we will release in couple of days. They will answer most of your questions related to workflows and setup.

The workflow question I mean around project management after an order. SPP has a workflow element with stages to completion.
Also they have a reseller module, meaning other agencies can resell our products under their name. This is a very powerful tool. Anything in dev?
Being able to group or add categories to the catalogue would be useful too.

We do have automations to manage different statuses of requests/projects. Once request is submitted, you can use Checklist templates for a list of subtasks needed towards completion. All statuses are completely configurable as well.
I don't know of a such a workflow feature in SPP but if you can write to me about it further at [email protected], we will explore it.
About reseller option, will be here down the road. We are also rolling out a marketplace feature soon where you will be able to list your services on our marketplace.
And yes will add options to categories your services in catalog.
