I’ve used quite a few agency solutions over the last couple of years; Moxie, AgencyHandy, Orchestra, etc. but I haven’t felt this excited about a tool until I started using AgencyPro a few weeks ago.

UI/UX: I love how clean the interface is. The widgets give great info at a glance, and the menus and settings are well-defined. Everything feels spot on. It’s incredibly easy to understand and actually fun to use.

Features: There are tons of features here: invoicing, proposals, credit-based charging, subscriptions, time-based services, file storage, and API. Everything is included. In just a few weeks, I’ve already seen them adding new features. The custom user roles are also a huge plus since you can granularly edit permissions.

Documentation: You can tell how serious a company is by their documentation, and AgencyPro’s is excellent. It’s structured very well, and I could answer almost all my platform-related questions just by reading through it.

Dev Team: I ran into a few issues, but the dev team sorted them out quickly via email. You get the feeling they genuinely want to improve the product every day.

This is a new product, so it isn’t 100% bug-free yet; I’ve found a few bugs myself. But what matters is that this is built for the long haul. The developers are active and shaping a product that I can already tell will be irreplaceable for me. I’m super optimistic about AgencyPro.
