Confused... Definitely not a project manager from what I can see
First thing is there are lots of bugs:
- Couldn't even activate my AppSumo purchase because of this.
- Even once we got that figured out, I get an error every time I try to login, unless I use a different URL they gave me.
- Once logged in, there are no projects or tasks, nothing to manage projects/tasks, so definitely not project manager in my opinion, that's what I was looking for.
Not at all what I thought this was going to be. I didn't make it much further than that, but those were critical issues for me so I gave up and refunded. I did reach out to support but never got a response to my questions, so I just refunded, too many other great options out there.

1) Activation issue
The activation issue you encountered is rare and appears to be happening on Cloudflare’s end. Even though SSL on both our app and website is working fine, we have received a couple of similar reports about access issues. Since almost all of our other users (including us) can access the app and site without any problems, it has been difficult to reproduce, but our team is actively investigating and treating this as a priority.
To resolve your activation issue right away, we shared a manual registration URL and asked you to create your account manually. We can then link your license to your account from our side, which will fully resolve the license activation problem.
2) Second issue
The second issue you saw was simply an update rolling out and it did not last more than 1 to 2 minutes.
You reached out to the team, and we replied to both of the above issues, even though it was past midnight for us, so it would not be accurate to say that you never received a response.
Your last question (about PM features) was answered just now.
About project management in AgencyPro
AgencyPro is not a specialized project management tool. It is a client portal platform, but it does include PM features that are usually more than enough for agency workflows.
By default, we call this feature “Requests,” but you can rename it in Workspace Settings > Modules > Requests > Terminology and change it to Project, Task, or anything you prefer.
Requests include Kanban and Queue views, and all statuses and lists for Kanban are configurable. Each request can be assigned to multiple team members. You can use tags, collaborate on requests, track time, manage related files, and more. You can also use checklists for tasks and subtasks (save them as templates and reuse them), and assign team members and due dates to checklist items.
That said, AgencyPro is stable and robust and certainly does not have “lots of bugs.” The two issues above are the only ones you reported, and I have explained both.
