Has potential but riddled with bugs
Overall I think AgencyPro has a lot of potential. It's UI is clean, easy to navigate and mostly intuitive.
Pros:
1. Client onboarding is easy
2. You can easily add your branding, colors and language to the platform to make it your own.
3. Actively being developed
4. Stripe integration is insanely easy to connect
5. easily lets you create a product page with add-ons, extras and various types of services which is really helpful when you offer one off, reoccurring or usage based services
Cons:
1. Some buttons have no feedback that you have clicked them and need to be clicked multiple times to do anything (sometimes they don't do anything).
2. Status of a canceled service shows up as code instead of "canceled"
3. Services that a client purchase are put into as request which is very unintuitive. Would love it if the services are are in a stand alone tab and not buried as a request.
4. While you can add your branding unless you add a custom smtp you can't change the sender name in an email that a client gets.
5. Mobil responsively isn't applied to some parts of the platform (request) making some things go off of the page
It would be great if we were able to customise the clients dashboard page modules like removing amount spent module. I won't be refunding the product just yet as I think if they devs fix the bugs it can be a real alternative to client portals like honeybook but as of right now It's not there.

Thanks for taking time to share the feedback.
1. Based on the ticket you created, the add comment button is certainly responsiveness and changes the state to busy when pressed. We have reached out to you for further details so that we can try to reproduce the issue.
2. It was a translation cache issue. Being taken care of.
3. Requests are created against the services. So when a client purchases a service, we create a request in your account. You can change the term if you want in workspace settings > modules > requests > terminololgy.
4. Yes, branded email option is only available in Tier 3.
5. Will get the mobile responsiveness on all pages reviewed.
Dashboard customization and lots of other useful features will be added to AgencyPro down the road for sure.
Looks like both issues you reported are UX issues and not bugs and we are taking care of them.
