Made a few chatbot in English and Japanese. It seems to work well. I had a minor issue and contacted support. Got a reply and the issue was fixed.Highly recommend!!!!

I set the chatbox to look at the content of my website. Surprise it takes content from wiki and other sites. These answers do not comply with my site and the sessions I do offer to my clients. In fact the chat answers do push people away from my site and avoid new bookings

I am really enjoying the product and also the roadmap, a lot of good things are coming, congratulations team for the work and for the transparency with the customers!

I brought this product few days back and I have to say that I have been truly amazed by the results of the product and the support system Agent23 has in place. Olivia you are doing great! And thanks for all the support you have been offering. You truly rock.

I was planning to wait a little bit before I put my review in here as I'm still testing the product.

But, I see some of the reviews that are totally not fair for the team. Agent23 is a startup, offers a great product and their plan seems to be best when I compare with others in the market, even with the Bot limitations they have.

Way to go team! My only request is please work on fulfilling your roadmap items (especially web hooks) and make this even more amazing product.

Beware. The deal is changing every day. As already said by another buyer.
This means your investment is not secured here and you should really think twice before buying this. This is very amateur and not a way to do business and screw people’s trust…
