It’s your responsibility to moderate the channel (just like every other company does). What really happened is you abandoned the community because they identified your pattern of false promises. I was there when the group decided to start asking for refunds, and you saw them organizing. Within a few hours, you removed all those messages they sent and abandoned the channel, claiming that it was due to bot activity. Now you won’t return to the community and face them.
