No, you can talk to Jarvis outside the Mac too:

- Web app (any computer): voice works as push-to-talk. Click the mic, speak your request, and Jarvis handles it.
- Mac app: adds the hands-free extras. You can say "Hey Jarvis", use a keyboard shortcut, see Jarvis in the notch, and have Jarvis act on your Mac directly.
- Slack: you can also send Jarvis requests from Slack, wherever you are.

So on Windows or any other system, voice works through the web app. Only the hands-free and Mac-control features need the Mac app
