Hi Ahmad, we're considering Tier 4 for its unlimited workspaces, allowing separate departments (editorial, advertising, fundraising, administration).
1. Can one ChatGPT MCP connection search multiple authorized workspaces simultaneously, or must users switch workspaces?
2. Can information be shared or synchronized between workspaces without duplication?
3. Can I belong to all workspaces while restricting each employee to selected ones?
4. Are Tier 4 storage, credits and website-sync limits per workspace or shared across all workspaces?
Our goal is departmental privacy while maintaining shared organizational knowledge. Thanks!

1. Each MCP connection is tied to one workspace. There's no single search across several workspaces yet, so people search the workspace they connected and switch to reach another.
2. Not yet. Each workspace has its own knowledge, so anything you want in two workspaces has to be added to both. A good setup is one "Company" workspace that everyone joins for shared knowledge, plus a private workspace for each department.
3. Yes. You can belong to every workspace and invite each employee only to the ones they need. They see nothing in the others.
4. Credits are one pool shared by all your workspaces. Storage (20 GB) and website sync (10 sites, 1,000 pages each) apply to each workspace on its own.
