Q: does it work with all social media platforms or just the one mentioned?

I'm thinking Tiktok? Also since this app is already being connected to lot of social media platforms you can definitely add unified inbox for customers responses in one app just a suggestion.

Hi Moe! Thanks for your question and ideas. Indeed, we plan to add quickly more options such as TikTok most probably. Overall the plan is to go for typical industry solution sets (such as "for fashion" / "for personal business brands" etc. // Ref. unified inbox: that sounds interesting indeed. Did you have a certain tool in mind you love?
Overall, we pretty much build in new stuff each week - just now for example "Mägic Ed" that will help you create on brand captions as well as give you (for free to use) image suggestions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffO3zzELPTM.

Hi KReinback, Thanks for your response I like how active you guys are in supporting which gives us positive outlook that company will give us good customer service. I'm still looking for a particular tool for unified inbox I can tell you my use case and it might help you guyz. I run ecommerce store and have connected many social media platforms and we also have shops on most of them so we get orders directly from various platforms which is connected to my shopify store. Now to keep up with various channels and customer queries from all these platforms is driving me nuts and if its a bit late it can leave a negative experience with the customers. But if there was a tool that's connected to all these platforms and we can receive the message and ability to respond from the same would make our lot of headaches go away. Again I appreciate for your response and time into looking into such a tool.

Hi Moe, thanks for your feedback and taking the time to share your use case. I totally get how that would drive you nuts (we have several insta to watch out for) and I also agree about the high relevance of being quick. I will def. keep that in mind and would love to be able to create a solution there. For now: I assume you had checked in with Crisp as well as Twilio? Also, agorapulse might be an option though I haven't checked them out in detail for a while now. Hope some of that can help and should we have decisive news, will be sure to update you.
