Hi!

1-If I manage, for example, 4 brands, do I have a unified inbox where I receive comments and messages from all the brands?
2-Do you have an app to post and reply to messages?

A: Hi Gaston, thanks for your question. No, the tool does not have a unified inbox (we have noted that this might be an interesting feature for you dear users, and are looking into it).
And that also means that there is no app in that sense, as it is all about managing the complexity of stuff, we have focussed on it to work best as dashboard application. What you will shortly be able to do however, is to send post ideas to your dedicated email address and it will turn it into a ready to use draft - amazing for all those moments 'under the shower' (nah, but you know: on the airplane etc.). where you have an idea, but are not necessarily online or have the dashboard version available.

Hi Kristin,

I can manage without the app, but I’m still a bit surprised there’s no unified inbox. Centralizing comments and responses is just as important as centralizing posting, at least for me. It would really complete the tool. I hope this feature is added soon, as it would make a big difference in my decision to purchase.

Hi Gaston, it's good to know that this matters to you; it is always a question of which problem a product aims to solve. At the moment, the focus is very much on enabling you, dear marketers, with the ability to handle lots of channels and brands and (for lots of users) several languages even... :) I see the complexity reduction potential in this, too. We'll keep you posted!
