Handling social media for our academy is a fun job, but it can get incredibly complex once you want to think more about 'omni channel' and 'be where your customers are'. That is why we love having found Ägile Ässets. It makes it super easy for us to turn our content strategy into campaigns and content pillars, draft a storyline of draft post ideas to fill in with the done layouts later and then spread them across the channels as we see fit. We can set up the structure very much as we want through calendars and tags; we love that we can easily find posts to repurpose. We can even create versions of the same post per platform and have them mapped accordingly (a huge time saver!). If something new comes up, it is super easy to adapt the scheduled posts. Many clever tweaks are built in, such as the bulk up- and download, adding hashtags, etc. It makes consistency and staying on brand so much easier (check out the brand overview). It saves us a lot of time and nerves and gives us much more space to look into creative and communicative quality.
