Game Changer for Social Independence, Time Saver, Reuse and Impact
On the whole I love this it's promising. Years ago I used Hootsuite but it became too expensive, now I'm on my next business and across so many channels with assets, and juggling multiple balls it is a game changer for me for consistency, campaign management, less work, re-use you name it.
There are a few glitches so videos and gif are still static in Facebook but not in LinkedIn, but that said the response and service has been 5 stars and they are resolving. There is real passion and an understanding of social, the future and how having independence from social platforms incase X/Twitter blows up over night.
I highly recommend it and I fingers crossed they fix the little bugs.

It's great to hear how much it supports you in juggling the social media game, and oh yes, that independence part is really sooo close to my marketer and entrepreneurial heart (talk about mysterious algorithm changes at Linkedin; we've heard several major influencers thinking about a shift to YouTube mostly).
ℹ✅ By the way, the video/GIF glitches have already been fixed (please check if you did not have the chance). They stemmed from changes Meta introduced but were not communicated.
🌟 This led us to create a cool new quality management setup (we had not communicated that yet; it just rolled out on Friday). Obviously, we (as all social media management solutions) are on the hook of the major platform to give us current and correct insights into their API changes. Realistically, though, sometimes that does not happen (well, it's all just humans ;)). We don't like such 'surprises' ;) - neither for our cherished users nor us. 🙈
💪 Therefore, during the last weeks, we built a stress testing system that will immediately let our users and us (!) know if something should not work and why. Like this, whatever should come up, it can be detected ASAP and also acted upon ASAP. We also introduced a status update page on our website that will accordingly be updated so everyone has transparency, and the cases for (externally triggered) stuff like this to happen can be narrowed down to a minimum. 💡
