Nice interface, efficient performance, useful features, attentive support team

Playing with the application for several days now and understanding the way of working better. Have to admit that I don't have personal experience with competitor products.

ÄÄ is quite intuitive to use. The support team is really responsive and admitting to bugs openly. Improvement suggestions are collected and there are a few features that could make ÄÄ more easy to use. Personally, I would like to see some workflow to be named differently, or additional options to categorize posts.

What I find positive is that the tool was developed by an advertising agency to handle their own customer projects. So, chances are higher to see the application evolving in the long run.

Features are what one would expect from a social media management tool: creating, handling, and storing several brands, languages, and versions of social media posts. Possibility to implement content strategies and campaigns for easier allocation. Integration with relevant social media platforms.

I only can chime in and give "just another" 5* taco review here.

Hi there, thanks "ichbins" for taking the time to leave this great review. We're super happy to hear such positive feedback! 🙏 ✨

For some context, and as you correctly state:
This tool is indeed set up a bit differently than other tools, based very much on real-life usage in professional social media management and especially coming in from the scenarios happening in real-life agency work.
That is why, for example, why Ägile Ässets allows a lot for the creative process to happen in a flow from 'rough version' to 'polished / can be published" here - as in:
- quickly being able to add some draft ideas, turn strategy into execution
- add some first caption or layout ideas, and refine them later.
- Move things around very easily on the schedule and only set for auto-publishing once one is committed.
=> Indeed, we are always onto 'what's next' vs. balancing not to rush after each hype.

💡 Also, refer to 'bugs': A system like ours interacts extensively with the APIs of the platforms it is connected to.
These players, let's say, differ quite a lot in who communicates how well and how much in detail with us on the developing side. So, if they change something, we, of course, need to go along and adapt. That is an effect that applies to all the tools with such connections, not just ours.
[We know from our own user experience that some competitor products can sometimes take relatively long to fix again.]

Our ambition is, of course, to limit this as much as possible. We have 3 tactics in place for this:
1) Have a diligent testing system and constantly refine it (see also here: https://agile-assets.ai/new-stability-enhancing-testing-system-created-and-active-now/)
2) Enjoy and appreciate the very close contact with our dear users such as you :))
3) Reserve a time block each week for such stuff so that we can respond quickly if it should happen.

We strive so much to keep things super clean on the surface, especially from the VIP calls I had myself with some users—sometimes it might need a bit more context about what to use how.
- For example, you can use tags to be and stay organized as you would be with folders.
- You can also spontaneously post from the brand overview or
- also get suggestions for what to repurpose via the remix function
- and much more that all adds up to huge time (and neve) savings. :)

Anyway, this context info is mostly intended also for other users. 💡

We always appreciate your open, friendly, and creative conversations and input!
I'm looking forward to seeing how you build your brand(s) with our tool, and I can't wait to show you what we're up to next!

Have a great agile week ahead -
rainy greets today from Munich, Germany
