Q: Agiled app seems to have become agiled.ai. Why do I have to now get a subscription?

I purchased the lifetime version but that is not recognised now. Is our original purchase going to applied to this version?

A: Yes, Sumolings will be able to migrate their plan to agiled.ai once we announce it.

Please help me to understand how AgencyPro isn't just another attempt at ignoring your LTD purchasers from before. We were early adopters of your 'Other' CRM tool (Agiled), and we have been patiently waiting for what you (Asad) claimed would be a major update to fix all known bugs and take the platform to the next level - AgiledX. Instead, we have gotten silence and now there is AgencyPro...what gives?
So, just saw the email from Asad about the release of AgiledX, which is long overdue. Clicked to see the new site and the new UI looks decent, but that's pretty much all I see, just a new UI. The features and functionality might be upgraded but it's hard to tell, because it seems as though their UI/UX were updated, but nothing new(please confirm). And of course, that line near the end, "And maybe start warming up your wallets." Was this meant for Appsumo LTD buyers? Or did the segmentation in the email not get applied? I get that this is updated, but I'm already concerned. Not accusing them of anything, yet, but still concerned. Because I am not going to spend anymore money on a max tier LTD. If that's the case, I am finally switching over to Flowlu, which honestly I'm not sure why I got both, but I did, and see way more progress.
I have sent numerous support tickets and no one has followed up past the initial message that stated someone would be following up. They once were really fast with response, but I'm not experiencing that now.
Hows the accounting features coming that you promised 3 years ago???
