While the core platform features show potential on the original interface, account access and functionality become severely restricted on the updated version without an upgrade. Key features previously accessible are missing or locked on the new interface, leaving the updated version largely read-only under the default account mapping. Furthermore, customer support has been completely unresponsive across multiple outreach attempts over several weeks, leaving these access issues unresolved. You also cant access or change any existing entries that already exist on the original app.

There was a post back in December 2024 saying Accounting was "coming soon." Nearly two years later, it's still not here. Now the developer is announcing a new Agiled X, while committing to keep the current agiled.app in KTLO mode with ongoing updates and security fixes.

I wouldn't call splitting focus a good move, but I'm grateful the old app isn't just being abandoned. Keeping it alive with continued support is more than most Sumo apps ever get.

That said, I have concerns about how sustainable KTLO actually is. Legacy apps carry ongoing tech debt: EC2 storage, compute, and network costs don't stop, and neither does the work of pushing bug fixes and security updates for aging code. How long can that realistically be maintained alongside building and running a brand-new product? At some point the math on carrying two stacks catches up with you.

My real question is about the features that were promised but never shipped: Accounting being the obvious one. I stacked 10 codes on this, and those roadmap promises factored into my decision. At least there's now a commitment to keep the product alive, but I'd like clarity on where those promised features stand.

I've always felt Asad was genuine, and I still do. I understand the need to pivot. I'd just appreciate some straight answers on the roadmap and the long-term plan for the legacy app.

I don't need to say anything, Asad and the agiled team are disgraceful and appsumo is right there with them...

They will say that we still have access to a platform that's in "maintenance" mode...

What a bunch of junk.

I hope someone makes appsumo and agiled accountable for taking money for LTDs that they intentionally tank to get out of the responsibility to support.

Forget all of you

Purchased this with high hopes and it’s not meeting expectations. Customer service is virtually non existent.

Several tickets have been submitted and no response from technical support.

In my experience, support for Agiled has been extremely disappointing. Meaningful customer assistance appears to be largely absent, leaving many users frustrated when issues arise.

What is particularly concerning is the recurring pattern of launching new features and returning to AppSumo for additional funding, seemingly before delivering on the promises and development commitments associated with previous offerings. Rather than demonstrating consistent product maturation and customer success, the focus often appears to shift toward the next revenue-generating launch.

Long-time customers, like myself, tend to feel less like valued partners and more like a source of ongoing funding. Unfortunately, many of the concerns raised by users over the years remain visible throughout the AppSumo reviews and comment sections, where recurring themes include support challenges, unfinished features, and unmet expectations.

My recommendation is simple: look beyond the marketing copy and evaluate the company's track record carefully. Read the reviews, examine how past concerns have been addressed, and make an informed decision. There are many software solutions competing for your business, and your investment may be better spent on a company with a stronger reputation for customer support, product delivery, and long-term commitment to its users.
