Q: Can this do what I need for a Digital Marketing Agency...
I am from a Digital Marketing Agency and was considering Agency Handy in AppSumo. Is this better? Any features it still lacks or on the roadmap that I would need that not there yet a Web Design/Digital marketing agency?
Also the number of automations seems low, can I purchase extra inside at one off price?

Agency Handy specializes in agency use cases while Agiled is a suite for SMBs with a broad set off features like CRM, HRM, PM etc.
While we don't have a direct comparison in place, I would suggest taking both on a test drive to see what serves you needs best.
And Yes you can buy automations inside but unfortunately its not one off but recurring.
