Q: Custom Project templates?
How do we create custom templates in Agile? I don't see any option under "My templates" or on the project page, which doesn't match your video here: https://help.agiled.app/article/311-creating-and-using-project-templates-in-agiled

Answer from support THANK YOU: Project Templates won't be available on the empty screen. Please try creating a test project. Once its saved, you will starting seeing the project templates button. You can delete this test project later.
We will roll out an update to overcome this limitation.

Update is live now. You should be able to access templates on empty screens now.
