Q: Difference between Team members and Email Account Connections

What’s the difference for email account connection access and team member access? / how do the two vary?

Teammates limit and email connections are completely different things.

Email Account Connections is number of emails you can connect with Agiled to communicate with your clients directly from Agiled. It has no link with teammates limit.

İ couldnt understand difference.
1 system=1 e-mail > 5 teammates
How teammates can use system & app?
Do you mean teammates is only viewer?

Hey

Email account connection is the email account you can connect with Agiled in settings > integrations to send emails directly from Agiled. So let's say you wanna connect your Gsuite account with Agiled to communicate with your contacts from Agiled. You can do that by going to CRM > Contact > Preview > Emails Tab

Your teammates account limit is different. You can have 5 teammates in 1 code, 15 in 2 codes and so on. Your teammates can use the account as per assigned permissions and roles. You can also make your teammate a Admin to give them full control.

Your teammates can login to web app (through account url) and mobile app with their credentials.
