MyMentorQ: I purchaed highest tier LTD, I am getting your promo emails on new platform but unable to access at all.
Hi Agiled team, sorry to hear you are getting so many misunderstood LTD users, but I am also one who is confused and impacted. I have the highest LTD and completely has no access to your new platform. Even tried 'Forgot password' and returned nothing. Perhaps it's data migration issue , hope you can provide a clear pathway. (However, I am getting your promotional emails for buying from scratch on the new platform at a discount.) Orignal platformed had long awaited improvements promised and we the trusting LTD users waited for years (for example the Accounting). Hope you can resolve the LTD migration issue asap and retain your market reputation. Thanks.

Your highest-tier LTD has not been blocked, and migrations have not started yet.
The promotional offer is for users on free or trial plans. If you already have an LTD or paid plan, you can disregard it. Our emails clearly state that existing plan holders will be able to migrate once migrations open.
Your current account, plan, and data remain available at my.agiled.app. If you want to explore AgiledX now, create an account at my.agiled.ai using the same email address. This starts a trial and does not trigger migration.
Once migrations open, we will email you with the steps to migrate your AppSumo Plan and supported data. You will not need to purchase a new plan.

Thank you for the prompt email. I have now followed the instructions and registered on the new platform with exactly the same email used in the original Agiled. However, it is stuck on Step 6, selecting to pay for a plan with 50% discount or 'Free Trail' on business plan, but my LTD plan didn't carry over. Should I select the Free 14 days trail?
