What do you mean by Pipelines? Please explain what that looks like inside of Agiled/how it works. I'm testing the platform out on a free trial and did not see any direct mention of it.
Is it possible to white labelled client portals?

Client portal can be completely Whitelabeled.
And you can use Pipelines under CRM to track your deals and opportunities.

Hi Asad, can you help me understand if the licence above give access to create a client portal? So I can share access to invoices, tasks etc that they can login into? Alternatively, are there public links such as the gantt public link?

Answer is Yes to both.
Even with 1 code you will get unlimited Clients under CRM ( and each of those clients can have access to client portal)
Hi Asad, so each signed client gets a pipeline? But if I purchase Tier 1 I only get access to maximum 2 pipelines. Correct?
Also, connect the portal to a custom sub domain?
