Q: Questions about Automations and GDPR.
Hi,
I am interested in your product, plan 8 to 10, but I have some doubts:
- Automations. Your automations page ( https://help.agiled.app/article/230-workflows-automations-overview ) is updated to July 4, 2023.
What happened since then? Why this thing? It is a page on your site, you are the ones talking about yourselves. Where can I find recent and updated information on automations, if there is any?
- GDPR. You declare that from May 25th you will be compliant, from that date will you have a server in Europe? Please do not say "read here", tell me if you will be fully compliant yes or no, the rest does not matter.
- Stability and reliability. CRM is the most important management platform for a company, is your platform stable and reliable? How do you rate yourself from 0 to 100?
- How do you compare with ODOO CRM?

You can follow latest updates including automations at https://updates.agiled.app. Our automations help page update is pending but till then there were not structural/flow changes in automations. But more triggers and actions were added and enhancements were made.
and Yes we will be fully compliant.
About stability, we have put a lot of effort in robustness and we are pretty stable now.
We don't have a comparison page with ODOO but I would suggest taking Agiled on a test drive to see if it can serve your needs better.

I operate in Italy and EU, in Italy there is the obligation of electronic invoicing for B2B and B2C. Can the platform do it?
We don't integrate with SDI so I will have to say that we don't fulfil this obligation as of now.
