Q: Tags, Automations vs. Workflows, Fixed Triggers and Send Email Limits

Hi, I have some questions:
(1) Tags: Can I tag contacts? With english and spanish speaking audience, will have leads/clients in these languages? Can I create custom contact types to send emails in different languages?
(2) Automations vs. Workflows: Workflows is a series of automated steps inside an Automation? Or Automations and Workflows are totally different things?
(3) If, then: For example with english and spanish audience, I need to setup 1 or 2 automations? Can I do this in 1 automation?
(4) Fixed Triggers: Specific day could be "every sunday" or needs to be a date? Can be combined with time?
(5) Timezone: Can I choose 7:00pm in lead/client timezone email to be send?
(6) Client portal: I can translate the client portal? Or will be other languages available soon?
(7) Limits: Any limits for "Send Email" daily or monthly?

A: Hey

1. You can create msgs in different langs but unfortunately you won't be able to send emails based on tags as of now.
2. No, automations are 1 step actually with 1 trigger and action. Workflows can have multiple steps and work with the projects only.
3. Unfortunately with don't have filters/condition so I don't think you will be able to send different msgs based on tags
4. Fix time will be a fix datetime in future.
5. No, we will follow your account timezone.
6. Yes you can.
7. No limits for the paid/ltd plans.
