Q: This is an incredible amount of data for a company to loose should there be any kind of failure.
1.Can you tell me how you back our data up and what is in place to make sure there is no catastrophic lost of data?
2. Is there a way we can download a backup to our local machine in case of said data lost scenario?

1. We use AWS infrastructure that is very robust. We take all measures to keep your data secure and its backed up on regular basis.
2. We don't have option for you to download data backup but you can export your data from almost every part of Agiled.
