I use Perfex CRM but I need to self host it so there are costs associated with that. However, it has worked very well for me so far. However, with Perfex like with other CC scripts, I need to pay for support. I use Perfex with a bunch of other plugins and that easily increases the cost of support to a couple of hundred dollars each year.
Agiled is a hosted solution with almost all functionalities I get with Perfex and some more. For example, their integration with Wise for PayRoll processing can save hundreds of dollars every year. I am yet to give it a swirl, but if it works well - this will be a cost saver and time saver.
One plugin I liked for Perfex was the plugin for password management. I hope Agiled can add some capability like that so this one portal can be used with all my team members.

Some people get overwhelmed by all that Agiled has to offer while some others find the UI clunky. I am coming from Perfex so none of these have been an issue for me. Also those who find Agiled clunky have probably never worked with Salesforce... lol. That's a behemoth and you need IT help to just set it up for the first time.

Proposals were really interesting with Agiled. It comes with a page builder for proposals and that was really cool. Instead of submitting a boring proposal, we can submit one from the platform itself and people can accept it easily. We use wordpress sites to share proposals but no signatures are involved. The proposals with Agiled won't look as pretty as wordpress proposals but they are prettier than the standard proposals with regular CRMs like Perfex

All in all, Agiled is a good solution for freelancers or SMBs who are looking to get almost everything from one platform.
