A Mistake
In my experience, support for Agiled has been extremely disappointing. Meaningful customer assistance appears to be largely absent, leaving many users frustrated when issues arise.
What is particularly concerning is the recurring pattern of launching new features and returning to AppSumo for additional funding, seemingly before delivering on the promises and development commitments associated with previous offerings. Rather than demonstrating consistent product maturation and customer success, the focus often appears to shift toward the next revenue-generating launch.
Long-time customers, like myself, tend to feel less like valued partners and more like a source of ongoing funding. Unfortunately, many of the concerns raised by users over the years remain visible throughout the AppSumo reviews and comment sections, where recurring themes include support challenges, unfinished features, and unmet expectations.
My recommendation is simple: look beyond the marketing copy and evaluate the company's track record carefully. Read the reviews, examine how past concerns have been addressed, and make an informed decision. There are many software solutions competing for your business, and your investment may be better spent on a company with a stronger reputation for customer support, product delivery, and long-term commitment to its users.
