I would like to start by thanking Asad_Ali and their team of devs for bringing this software to AppSumo. Although the software itself is fairly new being launched in 2020, the company is not. They have been in business since 2014 so they are seasoned and financially stable in my own opinion. I don’t see the company going anywhere anytime soon. I do see the company backing its product and constantly making improvements. I’ve seen changes take place within the past month that has already improved the platform. The UI was given a pleasant makeover to make it easier to find the sections you need for your business. This software is going to be a force to be reckoned with once they work out a few of the minor tweaks with automation. Of course, we all want the world when we see the potential within a single platform to single-handedly destroy monthly payments for us as a business, but I do understand that it takes time. That’s something that I can live with, and can appreciate. I wouldn’t want a software company to rush anything in regard to making me feel better. I would want it done right the first time. I can clearly see how this software is going to replace Suitedash for me. I went for the bait and switch when it came to Suitedash. We were promised the world and future updates which turned out to be false. Now you’re being nickel and dimed for every little feature. Ok, enough about them… I was getting off-topic lol.

Their CRM has the basic features needed to start and manage your business. If there is something you need immediately, you can easily reach out to support and they will answer your questions within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve been keeping track lol. On a more serious note, their support team is very knowledgeable and will try to assist you with your concerns from what I’ve experienced. I can only imagine that support will get better over time regarding their response time. I noticed there were complaints regarding this, and the time frame is fine for me because I’m usually busy with other aspects of my business. I’m still using both Suitedash and Agiled for the time being until things get sorted out with automation. But once automation is running smoothly, Man! Regarding Suitedash, I’m outta there lol! On a side note/ I really wish something could be done with those devs that come on here and offer a great deal and then switch it up on us once they get traction. I truly hope this will not be the case with Agiled. (I have my puppy face on right now lol)

I have noticed that we are using Agiled a bit more every day. One of the other features I would like to see with Agiled is their implementation of LMS. This would be a definite game-changer for most. I would even settle for something basic to start lol. I’m only mentioning this because I saw it on their roadmap (hint…hint) lol.

The employee management and accounting sections within agile are pretty cool and going to be a solid addition to their software platform. #teamagiled
