While the concept is the same for SuiteDash and Agile, I found SuiteDash to be extremely painful in terms of UI/UX, very difficult to customise, not to mention slow page loads. I was concerned that the founder of SuiteDash was overly defensive on the UX/UI aspect, suggesting that they will take time to address the UI/UX aspects. It was a fresh experience when I tried out Agile - it's so much better in terms of UI/UX while not trying too hard.

Regarding bugs with Agile, I didn't experience the bugs that others have mentioned, suggesting they were squashed as soon as they appeared, which is a good sign of proactive development. I did experience some minor bugs, reported them and they fixed them quickly. The major bug I am experiencing is the visibility of certain features while logged in as an employee - for example if I toggled on proposals or client CRM for the employee level, I log in as employee level, they still don't show. I've reported these and they're looking into it.

It's very easy to reach out to the team and share issues and get instant responses, but when the widget isn't there, there isn't an easy way to reach out to support so maybe add a way to reach out to support within the dashboard (as an admin) while the widget doesn't show.

PROS:

- Super easy to customise, can use @import for custom fonts and use the CSS panel to make some tweaks. Easy to find the selectors to target
- Custom domain is quick to implement
- Lots of features it's pretty much everything you'd need to run a business. If there's too many you can just simply turn them off
- Proposals builder is in beta - a drag-and-drop HTML page builder so you can customise them deeply, even access the HTML source code. Save as templates for quickly filling them out for next clients
- Reseller programme has potential to resell dashboard to clients
- Quick to fix bugs

CONS:

- Might not have been thoroughly tested but as there's so many possible routes, it's hard to fully test for bugs. We need to help them to squash them all
- Needs CSS panels for login screen and invoices and they're very off-brand when you customise elsewhere but they're working on this. This needs to be addressed asap as they look VERY off-brand
- PM aspect not up to scratch yet but it'll catch on

Conclusion: Way better than SD, faster development pace, quick to squash bugs, good to use if you're happy to support a proactive development. Has a LOT of potential, with lots of integrations existing or coming. Perfect for client-side proposals, contracts, invoicing, billing and managing a remote team of contractors for your business. Promising roadmap. They've got a good stack, just would recommend using Tailwinds when they update the UI rather than bootstrap. I'm banking on their roadmap and using for client-side billing/proposals mostly for now. Using Nifty PM to complement.
