We bought 3 codes for our side project. First, we planned to buy multiple tools for each use case. We were truly happy when we saw Agiled here on AppSumo. We were able to replace many tools with Agiled and save a lot of money that way.

We use it primarily to organize the database of leads and manage all clients. That includes the onboarding, project planing and communication flow. It is very convenient to have everything packed in one platform without the need to switch between X tools.
A very nice bonus for us was the ability to use Agiled with many integration tools. I think that this is very key for any CRM. In general we use Zapier and Integrately as our main automation tools.

We use SuiteDash for another project and have to say that SuiteDash is more mature (in my opinion). We feel that we can make more complex flows with SD. The downside is that SD is so complex and hard to master. Agiled feels more light weight here, which makes it easier to set it up and running.

The devs put a lot of afford in this tool in the past months, and it seems like that the tools is evolving quickly. I really hope that this will continue because we plan to use Agiled for a long time.

PS: I've seen many comments regarding performance issues of the platform. I really haven't encountered any performance issues so far.
