I initially purchased Agiled on AppSumo over a year and a half ago as an early supporter, excited by its potential as an all-in-one business management platform. At the time, I left a glowing 5-star review, believing that my investment would allow me to benefit from ongoing improvements and evolution of the product.

Unfortunately, I have had to downgrade my rating to 2 stars due to persistent issues that have shown no meaningful resolution despite repeated feedback.

The most significant problem is the mobile app, which has been essentially non-functional for well over six months. I have reached out to support multiple times inquiring about fixes, and while I've been assured that the team is "working on it," there has been no tangible progress or timeline provided. This severely limits usability for on-the-go management, which is increasingly essential in today's business environment.

Beyond the mobile app, the platform as a whole would greatly benefit from polishing. There are numerous UI/UX inconsistencies and minor bugs that accumulate into a frustrating experience, making day-to-day tasks less efficient than they should be. These issues have persisted without improvement, leading me to seriously consider migrating to alternative software despite my initial commitment.

As a lifetime deal purchaser, I expected to see steady enhancements over time—especially in an era where AI-assisted development has dramatically accelerated coding and bug resolution capabilities. It's disappointing that, after such an extended period, core functionalities remain stagnant, with virtually no visible updates addressing these longstanding concerns.

I truly hope the team prioritizes these areas moving forward, as Agiled has a strong foundation and could still become an outstanding tool. For now, however, the lack of progress has eroded my confidence, and I can no longer recommend it without reservations.
