First, I am impressed with this company and it's leadership. They have responded to all the questions, often within minutes or hours, with sincerity and professionalism. The customer service is already great which is a sign of a strong growth potential. They have already altered the product in a few ways based on our suggestions. Not all companies that come here follow all these must do habits, so 5 Tacos.
Second, the product is pretty easy to use. I had to fiddle a little, but with no instructions, and I am not super techie, figured out what I was doing. 5 tacos.
I am a little shocked to not see more reviews here, not sure if that is because we just had a similar product here or not, but this appears to actually do more of what a business needs. If you are making money, you need something like this. Maybe you don't need every feature, but there is something here for you. Even if you hire freelancers, I would use this to balance the books and track the expenses. Keep in mind, as your business grows a tool like this becomes necessary if you want to maximize your growth. You should always know where you are in your business in terms of expenses, income, job growth, etc. This is one of those tools that will make you money by saving you time, helping you to better organize your business (projects, employees, schedules, CRM, finances, etc.) and by helping you to recognize and track new opportunities for growth. The customer portal is a jewel. If you sell shirts online, sure, you may not use this, but then again you could. It could be used to work with freelancers and designers, and be another tool to help manage each product development. I also run a podcast, we will now use this portal as a place to discuss future shows, write shows, and plan live appearances. Imagine, if anyone has a great idea at midnight, they just log in and jot it down. The next morning, I see it then, not at the end of the day or another day. There are so many ways this tool can benefit you. The only way you don't need this tool is if you work a job and get a paycheck for a living, though even then the finances tool may be helpful personally, and you could use the CRM as a cool address book that lets you track your friends and family's birthdays. 5 Tacos.

Yes, I see the product has some growth, the UI may improve a little, more features added, and the Financial part really should function like Quick Books or FreshBooks, so we could replace those products 100% with Agiled. Bookkeeping is a central part of every business, and since this product deals directly with invoices, quotes, and payments, this seems like the next direction they should take. I know it is a tall order, but it would really open up their customer base even more. But still, the product delivers on what it promises right now, and what it has really will cover 90% of your business needs, even more than other products like this I have seen, so 5 Tacos. Buy it.
