I can see you posted couple of questions yesterday and I responded to one of them. Our team is more than occupied at the moment, running a launch month as well, so please bear with us.

I can see by app you mean mobile app. Having a known issue with mobile apps after api update. Working on a release that should be out in a week or so.

You can customize sender name in emails if you configure custom smtp. With default smtp, sender name cannot be changed.

If you created a ticket, we will get back there as well.
