After bringing out the spreadsheet and comparing different CRM tools for my business *just* earlier this week, I am so happy I discovered this one before tacking on another monthly fee.

Other tools had a lot of tradeoffs. You want invoicing? Then no onboarding. You want the whole package, then you’re paying a pretty penny.

And for small start-ups like myself, business efficiency and of course finances are so important early on.

That’s why I’m so happy Agiled provides both. You can tell they care about their customers and our pain points. Just look at the other reviews and how many other people NEEDED a tool just like this.

And then give the Agiled team a round of applause because they aren’t hiding necessary features behind paywalls or putting tight limits on everything. 👏🏾

Note: I’ve used this tool for about a day - ( and I’m already in love!) First on a demo account, and then through my AppSumo purchase.

Here’s what stood out to me the most:

The limits are perfect: I’m a one-person business, the first tier fits within my budget but also gives me enough wiggle room to run my business without extra fees or cutting corners.

Onboarding to Closing: In my CRM search I needed a tool that allowed me to onboard and close things up nicely all within the same tool. So many other tools dropped the ball here. I’m not a fan of having to link up a dozen integrations or using 3 different tools for what should be one straight flowing process. I always appreciate any tool that allows me to better organize things for both myself and my clients.

White label? Yes please: Business owners love white label. Most tools would charge extra for this, which is fine and understandable. But including it in the first tier so that businesses with a tighter budget can also hop in is a great move. 👍🏾

CSS: At first I was a little turned off by the UI colors. (Facebook blue, yuck.) But luckily we can change the colors AND fiddle with the CSS. This is so important for adding your brand colors and even fonts in. Makes it feel like home.

Client Projects: From the look of things, I can keep the entire project inside Agiled. *I’m still playing around with this feature* But if so, this will change so much for my business. No more back and forth emails, or weird dropbox set-ups. Again, keeping everything organized and in one place is perfect for both my clients and I.

Appointments: No need for another calendar or scheduling integration when my clients can schedule with me right inside the tool. This is perfect.

Invoicing: Finally, I am overjoyed that I can also handle finances inside Agiled. I am also happy to hear that more payment features are on the way. (Such as payment plans)

In closing, it’s been a while since a tool has motivated me within my own business. I’ve spent all morning setting things up, and I’ll probably need a few more cups of coffee before I’m ready to put it down. That’s how excited I am.
