Good at the basics - but so much missing for a real vector db
First at least 4 out of 5 tacos for support .. maybe 1 missing as not replying to an issue and requests recently - mostly the stuff below.
The Vector DB works.. and I have it joined to Claude Desktop and a couple of other tools..
Problems though.. if you are using MCP to maintain the contents and you probably are.. there is no way to patch a document.. so always a full over write.. this is proving very time consuming and expensive in credits (Claude - not theirs)
There does not appear to be a simple backup or export of my buckets - feel a bit uneasy about this one.. may ultimately be the reason to move off.
The file organisation is buckets and stuff (memories) in buckets.. My workspace is quickly becoming a mess .. and I am just getting started.. no sub folders (buckets).. no tagging.. nothing to make sense of large numbers of files.. even a sort order option is missing inside a bucket..
No way to add any meta data to the list view.. so many ways to make managing data easier.. but none implemented yet.
A good fundamental tool.. but feels like it is a keeping the lights on tool since the campaign.. I have not seen any updates since then.
Without a means of backup or export being introduced very soon.. I am going to be looking for other options now.

2. the sub-folders is also planned, what do you mean by tagging? and you are right we would add sort order too.
3. we are pushing updates regularly and improve the tool daily bit by bit
