Very good support, but limited usability.
The product makes a very professional impression and works flawlessly.
I found some basic features missing and contacted support.
Support was helpful and even quickly implemented some of the requested features.
However, I then noticed that the search function wasn't finding my emails. Since I often need to access old emails (quotes, statements from staff, agreements) and couldn't locate them, I contacted support again. I was informed that only emails from the past year are synchronized. Please keep this in mind before buying the product; I will be requesting a refund, as this is a fundamental requirement for me to work effectively with the tool.
In short: excellent support, but unfortunately limited usability.

Oct 6, 2026Hey, While in the lifetime deal we can't import your lifetime emails that we have mentioned in the FAQs section. However, while you first time important and start using our software you will access all of your email that will landed in our system. And based on our research people very rarely uses their more than 3 months emails and for lifetime deal we need to optimize our costing for providing you a lifetime support. While we don't want someone important their 100GB of emails which will be not a good idea in this case.
