105779362865432178638Q: Unable to redeem Gumloop: debit card declined, code expired, and no support response. Has anyone solved this?
I purchased the AI Power Pack bundle but have been unable to redeem the Gumloop plan because my only payment method (Visa debit card) was declined by Gumloop’s system, although it worked on AppSumo. I don’t have PayPal or another card.
After several attempts, the promo code is now marked as expired and removed from the order. I’ve emailed both AppSumo and Gumloop support, but haven’t received a solution after more than a week.
I’m also worried that if similar issues happen with the other bundled tools, it may be impossible to redeem anything before the deadline.
Has anyone had the same experience? How was it resolved?
Any advice or official assistance would be appreciated.

Some of our partner sites like Gumloop have their own payment gateways, which can sometimes decline certain debit cards even if they worked on AppSumo. We don't have control over those situations, and hope you can explore another payment method with their team that might work 🙏.
