Q: Why am I getting charged for the PRO plan in Gumloop?
Attention AppSumo, I just got charged for the Pro Plan, and it's only April. It should be all the way to September. And not only that, the AppSumo deal is for the solo plan that doesn't exist anymore.
So they just canceled the plan for us without any notice, without anything. I want my $37 that they just charged me for the pro plan back. If they're not going to respect the solo plan until September, then I will also have to ask for the reimbursement of this bundle.

It's been over 12 hours already, and looks like Freepik is keeping my funds on their side. What did you guys do to have them credit it back?

The hold is only a temporary authorization hold placed by the Freepik payment provider, basically a standard check to verify your payment method and make sure the account can be charged if the subscription continues. It usually clears automatically within a few minutes, but depending on your bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours.

Q: Why did my Visa debit work on AppSumo but get declined on Gumloop, making redemption impossible?
I’m sharing this in case it helps other users who rely only on a debit card.
I purchased the AI Power Pack bundle and tried to redeem the Gumloop Solo Plan. My Visa debit card worked when buying the bundle on AppSumo, but the same card was repeatedly declined on Gumloop’s checkout page, so I have never been able to complete redemption.
