Q: I am NOT getting 10 minutes of Avatar IV per month
I bought the Bundle that includes HeyGen, but it is not resetting my Avatar IV credits every month. The generative credits DO NOT reset. I am at 195 out of 200 for a while now. The Generative Credits are found in Settings and Usage- under "Renews Monthly" BUT on the same line as "Renews Monthly" it also says "Renews Aug 20, 2026". What gives?
I missed out on a couple of months of Avatar IV...

I just tested the voice cloning functionallity and dont find Norwegian in the dropdown under "Languages".

Q: Fathom App is not supported on MacOS (Apple)
I am in a complex round of multiple steps before redeeming the code (They asked to go for the free acc registration first). On the step asking to download and open the app, i downloaded but my apple macbook says this App does not support apple. Now I am stuck in between. How to fix this thing?

I signed up for a new Heygen account, at checkout I added my code. But inside my account it asks me to upgrade to Creator plan. How do I do that? Thanks
