It’s user-friendly because you don't have to juggle different apps or worry about losing track of your past conversations. Instead of fighting with multiple interfaces, it quietly sits in the background, keeping things simple and organized.
Be careful when redeeming your code; you have to use the email address you use to log in to your LLMs. I made the mistake of using a different email address, and it didn’t work. Fortunately, their customer support was fast and fixed my email address.

You are spot on that organizing, fast search, and bulk export (chats, files, and images) are the core of it. Since you are a ChatGPT user, one thing worth trying when you have a minute: nested folders and the Prompt Library. They tend to be the two features people wish they had turned on sooner.
