Q: How are credits (minutes) used?
Does it count by seconds? Example: I bought Tier 1 (10 minutes). Then I created a 30-seconds video, do I have 9 minutes and 30 seconds left of credits?

Current User here. The deduction are by seconds so yes 30 seconds = 30 seconds deduction. So out of 10 minutes you would end with 9 minutes 30 seconds left.
