This is probably the most regretful purchase I have made on AppSumo! I chose to hold off on a refund in the hopes they would improve the product. However, it appears the developers have not made any significant improvements in years. This explains why the copyright date on their site still appears as 2023 and why none of their help pages have been updated since then. Also, their standard pricing on their site is unrealistic, given that they have abandoned their product, and since there are far cheaper and better alternatives today.

Overall, their avatars are extremely stiff with very little diversity and very few selections. Their mouth movements are noticeably bad as their chin never moves while the avatars speak, which looks really awkward. Only their lips move, and even that looks very animated.

No business would want to have their brand represented by something as poor as this. Overall, I would look elsewhere as this one is not worth investing in.
