Hi guys, I'm just trying to clarify if it is possible to upload/import documents or current pitch decks I have for AiPPT to do its magic and improve them, is that a feature and can I upload a logo to be used? Thanks

Hello, today I bought tier number one, then I spent my banana credits, and then I decided to upgrade into tier two to have more banana credits. As I understand, it's the double, but unfortunately the account didn't upgrade. and it says I have zero banana credits can you adjust that and give me the 600 banana credits that the tier 2 has because I understand it has one thousand and two hundreds and I use just 600 corresponding to the first tier thank you

"Maximum AI-generated slides per work 20"
¿Eso significa que mi presentación sólo tendrá 20 diapositivas? Según entendí, el software de basa en IA, por lo que si ingreso un documento (ej. PDF) el programa sólo me...

A: Hi. Thank you for your interest. If you upload a document to generate slides, AiPPT will create a corresponding number of slides based on the actual content. Additionally, the maximum character limit for document uploads is 10,000 characters.
I noticed that the latest AI models (such as GPT5.4, Claude 4.6, etc.) don't appear to be supported yet.
Could you please share whether there are any plans to integrate newer AI models in the future? I believe this would greatly enhance the user experience.
